Requirements -

Road Walk - Dog must walk on loose lead and under control and for handler to determine the pace of the walk and turns are needed.  This must all be accomplished with the dog under control and steady at all times.

Return to Handler's Side - Handler must be able to bring the dog back to them in a lead free walk.  Dog must be under control, but may move loosely at handlers' side.

Walk free beside handler - Dog must be close to handler's side, not heelwork, but a test of control. With changes of direction and paces, then dog is placed on lead.

Stay Down in One Place - This is a down stay with handler in sight and out for two minutes each.

Send the Dog to Bed - This is a send away where the dog must go to where you specify and remain there until dog is settled.

Stop the Dog - Be able to stop the dog at a distance (off lead) in emergency.

Relaxed Isolation - Must be isolated without barking, whining, howling, or any disruptive activities

Food Manners - Dog will be fed (by hand or in a bowl) but must wait until it is told it may eat.

Examination of the Dog - Dog must allow inspection of its body by a stranger, inspection of mouth, teeth, throat, eyes, ears and feet is required.

Responsibility and care - Owner will be asked questions that must be answered correctly.

Requirements -

Play with the Dog- Play will be only initiated at handlers command and under their control at all times (formal retrieves are not considered play).

Rejoin Handler - Handler must be able to leave the dog, go approximately 10 paces away and call them dog to them, dog should stop close to them and the lead placed on dog.

Stay in One place for Two Minutes-  This is a stay with handler in sight for two minutes.

Vehicle Control- The handler must be able to place the dog and remove dog from vehicle in a very controlled manner.  Dog should not attempt to get in or out until the handler commands it.

Come Away from Distractions - Handler should remain in control of their dog with distractions.  Handler should take dog, on lead, to a group of handlers with dogs.  The lead is removed and the handlers moves away from the group, the dog should return to handler upon being called.

Controlled Greeting - Demonstrate that the dog will not jump up, and is it does, the handler should be able to instruct the dog to cease.

Food Manners - Dog will be taken to a person who is handling food and dog, on a loose lead, should not unduly respond to this temptation.

Requirements -

Cleanliness and Identification - Each handler must carry some form of bag for "poop scoop" and dog must wear identification.

Collar and Lead- Handler must be able to place on dog the collar and lead.

Walk on Lead - Walk on lead without distraction.  

Control at door/gate-  Controlled walk on lead through a gate or door.

Stay Down on Lead- Lie down and stay on lead at handlers command.   

Controlled Walk through people and dogs  -Walk on lead passing people and dogs. Behave in controlled manner whilst owner holds a conversation for one minute.

Grooming the Dog - Handler must be able to groom and inspect dog to ensure health. 

Recall to handler - Dog will be at a distance from handler playing or sitting, and must return to handler upon command and have lead place back on. 

Examination of the Dog - Dog must allow inspection of its body by a stranger, inspection of mouth, teeth, throat, eyes, ears and feet is required.

Responsibility and care - Owner will be asked questions that must be answered correctly.
